Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical, mechanical procedure performed within our office to help relieve back/neck pain. It involves gently stretching the spine to take pressure off of the spinal discs and other structures in the spine. By separating the vertebrae we can relieve pressure off nerves from spinal discs and reduce pressure on the facet joints that are behind the spine.
